The first time I made dulce de leche I was stuck at the stove for 2 hours, stirring. No more. I discovered such an easy method. And the reward is oh, so yummy. I'm grateful for shortcuts.
my girlfriend has been playing around with this by changing the times to change the consistency. she uses her pressure cooker. She was planning to dress it up for Christmas presents for friends and neighbors. She eats 1/2 of it out of the can.
Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I was formally educated in zoology as a wildlife biologist and ecologist but my current full-time occupation has me doing laundry, washing dishes, playing at the park, scrubbing toilets, cooking meals and packing lunches, kissing owies, helping with homework, building Lego castles, balancing the budget, mowing the lawn, planning picnics, cleaning up vomit, volunteering for the PTA, and booking the occasional vacation.
