A blog about birds?! I'm in! Check your inbox! Why am I yelling?!
Colorado, I thought that digital photography book had lots of good information, but I found the author's (Scott Kelby) writing style annoying. He has a Photoshop podcast that I occasionally watch, and he's just as annoying on that.
Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I was formally educated in zoology as a wildlife biologist and ecologist but my current full-time occupation has me doing laundry, washing dishes, playing at the park, scrubbing toilets, cooking meals and packing lunches, kissing owies, helping with homework, building Lego castles, balancing the budget, mowing the lawn, planning picnics, cleaning up vomit, volunteering for the PTA, and booking the occasional vacation.

I think that digital camera book you're reading is good! ;) I'm wanting an SLR again now though.

Over the past couple days I've spotted baby doves, thrashers, towhees, and robins in the yard. It's like the bird maternity ward out there.
