What do you do on a day off from school when your son doesn't want to play outside anymore, or read books, or start an art project, or play with dinos or cars and keeps saying "I'm bored"? Make cookies! That's always a crowd pleaser. I'm grateful for having just enough eggs on hand to make chocolate crinkles.
