Sophie started solid food today! I've put it off for as long as I could. She was resorting to eating her own toes, so I figured she should eat food instead. She made a funny, troubled face at the first bite, but after that would grab the spoon and try to get it in her mouth herself. It was fun feeding her.We also ventured to the Blackbeard Festival today, but somehow the camera was left at home. Aidan and Oliver had a blast. Aidan was fascinated by the story of Blackbeard getting beheaded and kept asking me to tell him about it.
I'm grateful for fun family outings.
