The shenanigans never cease.  I can't help but chuckle when I look at this.

Anyway, this morning I was determined to get my family to church on-time and in happy moods so we wouldn't have a repeat of last week.  {Oh, I probably neglected to tell you about how I was stressed out and yelling at everyone to get loaded into the car to get to church on time and then had to take my eldest son out in the middle of the meeting while he was biting me and throwing a fit.}  So, today, in the mad rush to get everyone fed and dressed, I read them a Christmas story, which immediately stopped the arguing over who had the most cereal in their bowl.  We got their in a punctual manner (and I even had everyone's hair combed) and we sat through the meeting without incident.  Scary how my mood influences everyone in the family.  I'm grateful for actually being able to enjoy the meeting today.

Fun picture. I'm glad it was a calmer morning and I agree about how it is with mom/adult moods - I notice that at school all the time, too. I just can't picture you yelling at ANYone!

I think it looks like Sophie is getting bopped in the head by Oliver, but she is able to defend herself; Oliver is probably defending himself from Aidan in the back; and Rick is caught in the middle of it all.
