Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I'm guessing a playground toy -- the one where one person talks in one end, and the sound travels through a tube to someone standing on the other end.
My guess is the end of spout of a garden watering can.
It looks to me like the talkie thing at Buckroe Beach kind of like the first person said.
