We were the only people crazy enough to try to play in the water at the beach this morning. We are suddenly having fall-ish weather--windy and cooler, but we're still going to try to squeeze in as many days at the beach as possible before school starts. It was a bit too chilly for swimming, so most of our time was spent making "pools", collecting "gems", and chasing the shore birds. I'm grateful that we live so close to the shore.

Is Sophie almost as tall as Oliver? I love your beach pictures. I feel like I'm there, almost.
