Before she left, I had mom show me how to change colors in my knitting. I was so excited to get this little square done. Then she tells me if I want it to be a pot holder I have to make another one for the other side. Then she says I need to crochet around the edges. This knitting business is complicated! I'm grateful for things that are handmade.
Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I was formally educated in zoology as a wildlife biologist and ecologist but my current full-time occupation has me doing laundry, washing dishes, playing at the park, scrubbing toilets, cooking meals and packing lunches, kissing owies, helping with homework, building Lego castles, balancing the budget, mowing the lawn, planning picnics, cleaning up vomit, volunteering for the PTA, and booking the occasional vacation.

I need her to teach me how to change the colors. I have tried it and it turned out horribly!
Sounds too complicated to me.
The colors of it remind me of good ol' Charlie Brown....except his is brown not grey.
I wish I knit as well as you.
