345: The Christmas House

All Oliver could do was stare. He couldn't look away. He couldn't talk when I asked him questions. I don't think he even blinked. When we got back in the car he was still gawking. He didn't take his eyes off it. He even strained to look some more as we turned the corner and drove away. I can't remember the last time I felt that way about something. I'm grateful that some things are still new to him and can make him feel a sense of awe.
