This is Oliver's first time playing soccer. We arrived at the field and were trying to find his team. I saw a bunch a really little kids on one field and decided they were much smaller than Oliver, so I walked over to the other team. I started talking to the coach, and he introduced himself to Oliver. He seemed really nice. Then he checked his roster and there was no Oliver on it. Then he asked his age. Oops. Wrong team. These were the 6-year olds. We were with the really little kids. Only, once we got over there, they turned out to be the same size as Oliver. Funny. He doesn't seem that little to me. And he was ready to PLAY! See him getting ready, with his tongue sticking out, ready to push that kid out of the way, the one that's sucking his thumb. Even though I don't like the busy-ness of soccer, I'm thankful we're back in after a couple years off.
