
I attempted to make chips with some of our potato harvest. Needless to say, they were a soggy failure. The taste was good, but nobody wants to eat a soggy chip. I couldn't quite them crispy without them being too brown. Some instructions would be helpful. I'm grateful for hands on learning.

They look good! I used to make them in a convection oven or with speed bake on my old oven.
Mmmm homegrown potatos are the BEST!
just found out that Fridays now has sweet potato fries. of course they are cooked the tradition fry way.
