I know marshmallows aren't exactly on the healthy foods list, but I think homemade fondant will at least taste a little better than store bought. It can't taste any worse. I'm grateful for all the information that is available via the internet.
Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I was formally educated in zoology as a wildlife biologist and ecologist but my current full-time occupation has me doing laundry, washing dishes, playing at the park, scrubbing toilets, cooking meals and packing lunches, kissing owies, helping with homework, building Lego castles, balancing the budget, mowing the lawn, planning picnics, cleaning up vomit, volunteering for the PTA, and booking the occasional vacation.

They look like snowballs. Have you made homemade marshmellows?
No! Stop it. You're killing me. There are only so many hours in the day.
How did it turn out? Please share the fondant recipe you used.
I haven't made it yet. It's for his party, which is on the 31st. I'll post photos if it isn't a total disaster.
Let me know how it tastes. I might use that one next time instead of the powdered sugar one I tried.
