For our last big summer vacation hurrah we hit our local theme park. I couldn't have asked for better weather. I should have avoided the swinging vines, but couldn't say no when my boys asked me to go on it with them. It made me feel nauseous the rest of the day. Oliver was looking a little green, too, but he kept on going. I lost count of how many round-and-round rides they rode. I watched as people rode the big coasters and reminisced about how much I used to love riding them. Oh, to be young again. I'm grateful we live close enough to go to the theme park on a whim. It was a fitting farewell to summer.

I LOVE this picture! I was sad the first few times I got nauseous on the rides I used to love! :( Maybe we could invent a theme park for older people with rides. Or is that the Love Boat?
That looks like quite the rollercoaster!
If you come ride the coasters with me we'll get those motions sickness bracelets. Rick won't ride them with me.
