Last summer I was obsessed with our caterpillars. I think I photographed them every day. We haven't had as many this year and I think it may be the result of changes in the herb garden. The parsley didn't do as well and we didn't have any fennel this year. Today I discovered the buggers munching on my carrot tops. Who knew? I've never read anything about them eating carrots. I'm thankful the caterpillars are back.

I like the cool green colors in this picture.
I like seeing your caterpillars!
Great picture. (Did they eat your dill all up? I'm still bugged that mine did.)
No. They didn't touch it this year. I wish they would have. My dill got so tall and out of control I had to cut it back.
The day after I took this picture they all disappeared. I think a bird must have gotten them.
