A new family favorite--pumpkin whoopie pies. According to the jury, they rank right up there with great grandma's ginger cream cookies. I'm grateful the kids didn't get upset when I told them I used one of their pumpkins from the garden to make these.

is the little picture of this the pumpkins look like.... but I know it's not since you never allow that on the table or counter, or take a picture of it! ;oP
