Brrr. It was so cold. But it wouldn't be Christmas Eve without a trip to the beach. I'm grateful that my family humors me. We also had our big dinner tonight. We had a Hogwarts themed dinner complete with pasties, ham, butterbeer, chocolate frogs, and Christmas pudding. Then we read the Christmas account from the Bible and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. I always have happy memories of my dad when we read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. And there were no arguments about going to bed, just visions of sugar plums.
