I'd all but given up on my garden. We had a really cold spell with temps below freezing for about a week. It's been too cold for me to walk the boys home from school since November. But seeing the photos my aunt (who lives in TX) posted of getting her little garden prepped for planting put a bee in my bonnet and made me long for spring. So I snuck a peek under the wilted leaves in my little garden and discovered a treasure! I'm so happy that not only did some plants survive, but they've been producing. I think I need to find a cauliflower soup recipe now.

Yay for you!! I'm excited for you! Way to make cauliflower look amazing!
What a find. Lucky you. Maybe you could use a broccoli cheese soup recipe and use cauliflower instead of broccoli.
After reading this I had a dream that some how my stuff had magically survived all the zero temps we've been having.....then I woke up and was bummed that it was just a dream.
