The most recent issue of Bon Appetite (yes, I have a subscription to BA, but the reason for that is a whole other post in itself) has a bunch of recipes from Gwyneth Paltrow. I guess she's got a new cookbook out or something. They sounded fresh and tasty, but so far they've all been kind of bland. So, I'm not going to share the recipe. This is grilled fish with mango and avocado salsa or something like that. Looks pretty. Tastes boring. The anchovy one from the other day was one of hers, too. I won't be making that one again either. But believe me, the next time I make something interesting and it looks pretty AND tastes great I'll share it with you.

This looks soooo yummy I was ready to try it. What a disappointment!
I also tried the peach bbq chicken one. That one wasn't bad, but the peaches needed to be really ripe and flavorful.
