The fire works were cancelled because of severe thunderstorms. We took shelter in a garage for a couple hours hoping the show would go on but it never did. It was hot. The bugs were biting. It was a great party, actually. Before the storm hit we ate great food, had water balloon wars, bounced on the trampoline, laughed and talked. I get so busy on Sunday's with my responsibilities that it's been a while since I've been able to talk with friends. Good times. Thanks for a great night B. family!
Oh, and here's the recipe for the avocado salsa. I always come home with an empty bowl.
