Having left Rick home alone for the last week-and-a-half there was no food in the house when we returned. So, we decided to eat out. The kids settled on Carraba's. Why? Because of the calamari. Sure, you can get calamari at other restaurants. But this place is not just any calamari. It's calamari with tentacles! Aidan especially likes it. The more tentacles the better. Seeing the server's reaction when he orders "calamari with lots of tentacles" is always fun, too.

Why do so many of my grandchildren love calamari?
