But the big story from today was the earthquake. Rick was at work. Sophie was napping. The boys and I were playing video games. Then the house shook. It was actually more of a swaying or wobbling. Aidan said, "What was
that?" I thought a truck hit the house or something. I even went to the windows and checked outside. I finally decided it must have been an earthquake. It made me feel nauseous. I hopped on facebook and sure enough, all the locals were talking about it. Then I hopped on the USGS website and confirmed. The epicenter was NW of Richmond and it was somewhere between 5.8-6.0 magnitude. Rick didn't feel it at work. Sophie didn't wake up. And there were many reports of people feeling dizzy or even passing out. Weird. I'm grateful we didn't have any damage.

Love it, they are both such sweeties!
That is scary! I never really thought of an earthquake as something that would make you dizzy or sick to your stomach...weird.
