I'm grateful for the freedom to vote. Rick tires easily of U.S. politics, being Canadian and not being able to vote here, but he humored me and let me watch the debate tonight.
Neil is Canadian, too. He finally became a citizen in 2000. Before that, I used my vote to vote for the person Neil wanted to vote for. (Does that make sense?!)
In that last 2 years I have gotten much moreinto politics. And I have a couple of friends that also are so we have some interesting discussions. I am enjoying this election. I just wished I liked either canidate better than I do.
I don't understand politics or politicians! And the last few elections have given us no candidates that I could really endorse. This year is no exception.
Hello, my name is Shauna. I photograph everything and everyone. I was formally educated in zoology as a wildlife biologist and ecologist but my current full-time occupation has me doing laundry, washing dishes, playing at the park, scrubbing toilets, cooking meals and packing lunches, kissing owies, helping with homework, building Lego castles, balancing the budget, mowing the lawn, planning picnics, cleaning up vomit, volunteering for the PTA, and booking the occasional vacation.

Amen. I thought the debate was more of a boy-catfight. I guess I still want Mit.
