190: "The best ribs I've ever had."

That's what Rick said. Of course, this was shortly after the burnt bbq feast a few days ago, so maybe his expectations weren't high. I used this recipe, but cooked them in the crock-pot instead of on the grill (we won't be attempting that again anytime soon.). They were pretty tasty. I know they look dry (it's dry rub bbq) but they were so moist and tender. The meat was falling off the bone. I'm grateful for good food.
