Aidan came with me to pick out his new school clothes. He didn't want to end up with a bunch of button-up collared shirts like last year. How lame, Mom! Guess I needed lessons in early elementary school cool. Just a warning though, don't go into Gymboree with a dino-obsessed kid right now. You'll break your budget.
We had a blast. Shared treats. Ran through the rain to the car. Talked and talked and talked some more.
I'm thankful for one-on-one time with my first baby.

I usually don't go to Gymboree due to their secret trap to make all of their clothes super cute so you want to buy something...even if it costs a kazillion dollars.
But I do secretly sneak in and check out their sale racks from time to time.
Yeah, all the dino stuff was on sale!
Ahhh.... I remember the good ole Gymboree days. Jordyn's famous headbands and matching (clown suits) outfits came from there. She still hasn't forgiven me for dressing her like that. I thought she was adorable!
I guess Grandma's to blame of a lot of them.
I just love your journaling!
Don't worry, Dragon. I thought she looked extra cute, and lots of people couldn't wait to see what she was going to be wearing when they knew they were going to see her. I LOVE Gymboree!
