If you have any self respect DO NOT buy this ice cream. Hypothetically speaking, you might think that it tastes so divine and so decadently creamy that you have a second bowl. And then the next day have another two bowls and think it might be the best ice cream you've ever tasted. And then when it's all gone, you might go to the store to buy another box of it and start to panic when you can't find it! And go back and look in the grocer's freezer a second time just to make sure and sing praises when you DO find it. And hide it from the rest of your family in the deep freeze. And deny it's in the freezer when one of your kids finds it. And savor a bowl of it only after the kids are in bed and your husband has gone out of town so you don't have to share it. After that you won't even bother to put it in a bowl because you know you're going to need to have more so you eat it right out of the carton. You'll probably eat all of it by yourself in just 3 short days. Then you won't have any self respect left. And you'll feel disgusting and gross and vow to never buy it again. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
I'm grateful for people who won't judge me.

Um...that's my favorite ice cream right now. I can't stop eating it.
Well, pregnant women are excluded, of course! There's no other time in your life when you can exhibit such unabashed and unbridled gluttony.
I know exactlly what you mean and how you feel. right now my favorite in lemon Whole Fruit Sorbet. No fat, but does have lots of carbs.
my security word honontsi honesty
I feel like you just told on me. :) I have the biggest smile! (And Carl may never see this one...or he'll know my secret hiding place!)
sounds vaguely familiar.. like the monster cookie ice cream that I just finished off, while my kids were awake, by hiding in the laundry room with the big freezer and putting the last of the ice cream in a mug and stealthly throwing away the evidence. Then hiding my mug behind my book and climbing in bed to eat in peace.
ha ha ha!!! Love it! Don't feel bad. I think we are all guilty of something similar. I try not to keep sweets around the house, but when Ashlyn came home last week with a bag full of some of my favorite candy's I just couldn't help it. Today she came up to me and said 'Mom!!! Dad's been eating my candy and it is almost ALL gone!!!'
haha! I only meant to eat 1.
And I love the way you wrote your post!
I think I need to buy some more so I can get a better picture of the box.
You guys make me sick. You eat like that and you are all so dang skinny!!!
That cracked me up about a better picture!
hmm...or eating too much and just finishing it off but buying another and dishing out some to your children too make it look like it's the same container as before, ...or just sharing a serving or two to say "we all ate it up"
yes, we believe in being honest, true...
Okay, I have to admit it: I went and bought some of this ice cream after I read this post.
I know you have more self control than the rest of us. But even if you don't, I won't judge you. ;)
