004: Egyptian wool and vomit

Photobucket
No, nobody vomited on the Egyptian yarn. *sigh* I decided to crochet some little hearts to decorate with next month. Scratchy little hearts. They are quick and easy. It took longer to untangle the yarn than it did to make the heart.  I even managed to get one completed before the school nurse called me to pick up my sick boy. Yep, he vomited at school. It brought back a traumatic childhood memory for Rick--when he threw up in his school classroom when he was a kid. He's still embarrassed by it. Luckily for Aidan he was already in the school clinic when he got sick. Just thinking about it made me feel a little sick to my stomach so I rushed to the store and stocked up on ginger ale and saltines, just in case. I thought I was going to get sick in the store, but I think it was all in my head. I'm thankful nobody vomited on the Egyptian wool.

You can find the pattern for the heart by clicking here.  Or here's another cute little crochet heart.

Awww...Poor Aidan. It's going around here, too. I almost had a post "computer and vomit" yesterday.

I'm guessing about the B&W going on...

(I want to make hearts! I have to do something...all my stuff is gone but 2 knitting needles. How did you do them? I'm listening to a cute song on your blog. I never have the sound on...it's quit a cute song. I'm going to see how much I can write before it cuts me off. How was your day? What's your weather like? Okay. I'm done.)
